Lofstrand Labs Limited carries out custom plasmid DNA isolation by double cesium chloride banding in the ultracentrifuge, also known as plasmid DNA single and double CsCI. It provides the cleanest, least toxic DNA for biological studies. It is used for the transformation or transfection of cells with purified DNA. Having been in business for multiple decades, we have now proven that our method of plasmid DNA purification exhibits the least amount of cytotoxicity.
